Local stakeholders participate in the design of GENeCITY platform
The first participatory workshop in Murcia brought together representatives of the City Council, the University of Murcia and other local actors to identify the needs and functionalities of the future GENeCITY platform. Participants discussed possible uses, limitations and the requirements for making the tool usable for different user groups. Their input will feed into the platform’s development and help define Murcia’s use cases, which will focus on sustainable mobility and traffic management. The goal is an AI-based platform that integrates urban data, simulates scenarios before they are implemented and generates predictive models to support decision-making.
